I was reminded of this when I discovered this article. While having nothing to do with Web Design or Development. It’s fun to go down the list and learn new things.

Top 40 Useful Sites To Learn New Skills: “The web is a powerful resource that can easily help you learn new skills. You just have to know where to look. Sure, you can use Google, Yahoo, or Bing to search for sites where you can learn new skills, but I figured I’d save you some time.

Here are the top 40 sites I have personally used over the last few years when I want to learn something new.”

You see back in the day. 5 Guys wrote a script for a cartoon called Skate Rats. It was about a bunch of well, skate boarding rats. It was geared towards kids but had enough laughs and pop culture references to keep the older set interested as well. Tim always said that he would put it in Tony Hawk’s hands and yesterday he was true to his word.

Will anything more come of it? One never knows.

It’s produced by Tesla Motors and it just very cool as you’ll see by the video. Jay Leno Host of the Tonight show. Is a car enthusiast and takes the Tesla through it’s paces.

I first heard of the Tesla on MacBreak weekly. One of the podcasts regulars Alex Linsey has one on order and is very excited to be getting one.

I’m personal very excited about the technology coming this far. It means we will be seeing more electric cars on the road in the decades to come.

ars technica is reporting that AT&T will make their hotspots free to iPhone owners.

Reader Brian Zushi tipped us off a little while ago to the fact that AT&T WiFi hotspots offered not only an iPhone portal, but apparently free, unlimited access for the device. This evening, Brian sent us the screenshots you see here. Apparently, no AT&T hotspot account is necessary, as users are simply prompted to enter their 10-digit mobile number to gain access. We assume this means the hotspot checks the phone number against AT&T’s iPhone account records, which leads us to assume that unlockers may be left out in the cold on this one.
