Adobe has released a video on the new content-aware feature in Photoshop. Wow! If you do a lot of photo retouching this is a feature worth paying for.

Blizzard has always been a game developer near and dear to my heart. Not only for their great games, but also for their support of the mac platform over the years. Now with the coming of Starcraft 2. I can’t wait to do battle with the Zerg once more. Blizzard is working on a Mac Beta version of it’s upcoming Starcraft 2. I look forward to cutting my Zerg slaying drought “a little” short. By trying to get in the mac beta program.

macrabbit heats up with Espresso

WordPress 1.1 for iPhone is out and you will need wordpress 2.6 or higher to take advantage of this iPhone app. I’ll be testing it and reporting on my thoughts over the next week.

Peter Cohen over at Macworld has a sobering article for iPhone Developers. He argues that just because you build an iPhone App doesn’t mean users will flock to it. Peter is afraid based on conversations he had with developers at WWDC. That many iPhone developers are not devising ways to promote and market their apps beyond putting it on the Apple store.

It’s Official Mac OS X 10.6 “Snow Leopard” is Intel only.

MacNN is reporting this morning that 10.6 “Snow Leopard” is Intel only. This is the moment our Power PC brethren have been fearing. The beginning of the end of OS X Power PC support. Can Universal Binary support be far behind? Time to pony the cash for a new Intel Mac my friends.

Some of the other system requirements include:

Intel processor
An internal, external, or shared DVD drive
At least 512 MB of RAM (more is recommended for development)
A built-in display or display connected to an Apple-supplied video card supported by your computer
At least 9GB of disk space available, or 12GB of disk space if you install the developer tools.

So today the Apple faithful will get see what we will be paying off, on our credit cards for the next 6 months.
But best of all the rumors will be put to rest and surprises will be had.

Will Steve feed his coding multitudes with a fish and a few loafs of bread?
